SIRD, Jharkhand provides training and engages in research for Rural Development. SIRD also organizes various training programmes for elected members of 3-tier PRIs, NGOs and different levels officials of RD/PR and other line departments both through in-house and off-campus mode.
SIRD, Jharkhand undertakes various case-studies, research programmes and action research projects.
SIRD, Jharkhand organizes seminars, workshops in different fields for the awareness of people and to motivate them to engage in different schemes of Central & State Governments for Department of Rural Development & Panchayati Raj as well as for other Departments.
